Description

Willdan Financial Services (WFS) is seeking an Administrative Assistant - Summer Intern for our office in Temecula, CA. Under close supervision, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support for analysts, much of which includes working on spreadsheets with strict deadlines. Duties will also include data entry and database management. This administrative assistant will be utilizing Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. This is a part-time, temporary position from May 2026 – September 26, 2026. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Generating and updating spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel. * Provide data entry support to maintain and update databases in the company's proprietary software. * Utilize Microsoft products efficiently, including Excel, Word and Outlook. Job Requirements / Qualifications: * High school diploma, and some college experience or equivalent preferred. * Exceptional customer support skills. * Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as percentages, percent changes, and ratios. * Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to pay strict attention to details.
