What You’ll Do
- Drive Impact with Data: Create, analyze, and maintain detailed financial reports and insurance spreadsheets to empower our brokers and Account Managers.
- Craft Professional Materials: Prepare polished group insurance proposals and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and seamless electronic filing.
- Support Client Success: Assist with quarterly or semi-annual client reports and provide ad hoc client service to support group benefits and life insurance sales/renewals.
- Streamline Operations: Manage day-to-day tasks like document creation, appointment scheduling, CRM updates, and insurer communications with precision.
- Keep Us Organized: Use CRM and digital tools to track leads, manage tasks, and ensure data accuracy across client and broker touchpoints.
- Coordinate Like a Pro: Handle team logistics, from scheduling to referral tracking and internal planning.
- Optional Spotlight Roles: Shine in group presentations, client seminars, or educational Lunch & Learns to showcase your skills.
- Join the Team in Person: Attend occasional team conferences in Calgary or Red Deer (expenses fully covered) to connect and collaborate.
What We’re Looking For
- Tech-Savvy Expertise: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office 365 are a must.
- Spreadsheet Superstar: Proven experience compiling and managing spreadsheets for reporting or decision-making.
- Detail-Oriented Dynamo: Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for accuracy.
- Independent & Proactive: Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, staying focused and productive.
- Clear Communicator: Professional communication skills to support brokers, advisors, and clients with confidence.
- Tech Enthusiast: Comfortable with CRM systems and quick to learn new digital tools.
- Self-Starter Mindset: Thrive in a flexible, remote environment with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
