Description We are on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our fun-loving, high-spirited team. As the Administrative Assistant, you will work under the guidance of our Office Manager, delivering critical support within our organization, providing operational and administrative support across scheduling, billing, and general office functions. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is a self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and performs at a high level with or without direct supervision. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate client and staff scheduling to ensure seamless daily operations Support billing processes, including billing, data entry, verification, and follow-up on outstanding accounts Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other documentation with accuracy and clarity Identify operational challenges and take proactive steps to resolve them Assist leadership and clinical staff with administrative tasks as needed Requirements Experience in both scheduling and billing, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Self-directed work ethic with the ability to take initiative without prompting Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems, processes, and priorities Ability to maintain professionalism and productivity in both supervised and independent work environments Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in an ABA, behavioral health, or medical office setting Familiarity with insurance verification or claims processes Experience with ABA or healthcare management software Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Why Join Us?
