We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our internal fleet department. This role is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of fleet services, vehicle compliance, maintenance tracking, and departmental coordination. Responsibilities Process a high volume data entry regarding preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles Schedule and track preventive maintenance, repairs, and service appointments within company guidelines Answer calls, text message and voicemails regarding fleet information Maintain accurate vehicle records, including registrations, insurance documentation, inspections, and maintenance logs Assist with compliance tracking, CARB requirements Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as requested Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Requirements Two or more years of administrative experience preferably within a fleet department or similar field Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GeoTab, Samsara, Verizon Connect or other fleet tracking software Automative maintenance knowledge Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is a service and construction company providing customer service throughout California and other states.
