Description Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. (SEMP) is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant in Rancho Cucamonga, CA to support our fast-paced office operations. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional with customer service or call center experience who enjoys working in a collaborative, service-focused environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Main Responsibilities Answer and process a moderate volume of incoming phone calls Process administrative and new-hire paperwork while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality Operate office equipment, including multi-line phone systems, printers, and scanners Communicate effectively and professionally with employees and the public Organize, track, and maintain records with strong attention to detail Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Process outbound mail requests via FedEx, UPS, and USPS Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office environment Demonstrate proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support department operations Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or call center role Strong written and verbal communication skills Typing speed of at least 40 WPM preferred Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
