We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing construction division at Sweeney’s Pool Service. This is a full-time, in-house position supporting our sales, project management, and customer service teams, helping ensure smooth operations and an excellent client experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Comfortable spending significant time on the phone—during peak season, up to half your shift may be call-related.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, ambitious attitude that contributes to a strong company culture.
  • Clean driver’s license required.
  • Previous experience in construction, pool services, or related industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and spreadsheets preferred.
  • Saturday availability might be needed during peak busy season.
