Assist the Office Manager in the processing of window/door sales and installations within the residential market. Answer all incoming calls with a positive and welcoming attitude. Schedule sales appointments using online calendars and help with any customer inquiries or service needs. Accurately record all customer information for the full life cycle of the sale and installation process using CRM software, this may require scanning and saving documents. Support the sales and installation staff throughout the ordering and installation process.
