Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other platforms as necessary.
  • Processing and handling customers’ orders (including walk-in).
  • Assist with shipping and delivery activities.
  • Maintain company records, files, and databases.
  • Process invoices and expense reports.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow and communication.Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
