Working Location: Near Canberra MRT Station
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day operation administration, answer phone calls, and reply email.
Perform data entry, sorting, scanning, copy, typing and filing.
Issue Quotation, Invoices, Delivery order, purchase order
Prepare payroll.
Training will be provided
Requirements
Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Nlevel / above
Min 2 years admin working experience.
Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
Independent, meticulous, and positive attitude in learning
Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong communication skills, ability to multitask.
Remuneration:
Basic Salary: SGD 2400 - SGD 2600
Working hours: 8am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
