We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused team member to support daily operations and guest services. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth administrative functions and a high-quality guest experience. Responsibilities span a variety of tasks including financial support, human resources assistance, guest interaction, and office coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Publisher), email systems, and file-sharing tools such as Google Drive and SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and make responsible decisions quickly.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and committed to delivering exceptional guest service at all times.
  • Courteous, patient, and tactful when resolving guest concerns or handling challenging interactions.
    Located just half an hour from Athabasca and Westlock, 50 minutes from St. Albert and an hour from Edmonton.
