Description:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in an administrative assistant, project management, or operations coordination role, ideally in a startup or tech environment.
SKILLS:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with data interpretation and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and report on business metrics.
- Proficient in productivity and project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Linear.)
- Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a knack for anticipating and addressing potential challenges early.
- High level of discretion and professional judgement.
- Strong with data interpretation and analytics.

Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As the Administrative Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the CEO’s effectiveness to ensure they can focus on leading the company towards its vision. You will support our leadership team with company organization and general administration, assist with project management, contract and document control, and manage schedules. Your efforts will help streamline daily operations, keep initiatives on track, and manage innovative campaigns.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and an aptitude for turning strategy into actionable plans.
