REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, administration, or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce experience is an asset.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or construction industries is a plus.
  • A collaborative and adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Administrative & Sales Support:
  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and daily office operations for Regional and Territory Managers.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and work orders, ensuring precision and adherence to pricing guidelines.
  • Develop custom quotes and proposals using Salesforce when needed.
  • Event & Meeting Coordination:
  • Organize meetings, tours, Lunch & Learns, and other sales events from start to finish.
  • Oversee guest communications, venue logistics, and follow-up processes to ensure every event is a success.
  • Lead & Document Management:
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to qualify and assign inbound leads effectively.
  • Maintain accurate document control and update critical sales reports, dashboards, and business metrics in Salesforce.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly reviews, business plans, and technical reports.
  • Additional Support:
  • Work cross-functionally to validate custom pricing and support specialized proposals.
  • Manage the shared territory calendar and assist with external sales rep support, including user access and lead assignments.
  • Coordinate travel bookings and logistics for client meetings and events.
