Description

We’re looking for a detail-loving, problem-solving Administrative Assistant (3-6 months temporary role) to support our operations from the inside out. If you thrive on keeping things organized (and enjoy the smell of fresh tacos in the air), we want to hear from you!

SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and Google Drive.
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and/or Toast is a strong asset.
  • Comfortable with tech platforms, apps, and vendor systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; Spanish fluency is a nice-to-have.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial and business information with discretion.
    Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
    Contract length: 3-6 months
    Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week
