Description:

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The administrative assistant will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the company by handling various tasks and providing support to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations
- Organise office operations and procedures
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Monitor stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to multitask and prfioritize daily workload
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, college degree preferred but not required
- Experience in an office setting or administrative role
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- A working knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
