Description

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team.

It’s a Full -time permanent job. The pay rate will be £20.50 per hour, 37 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 09:00am to 5:30 pm including an unpaid lunch break for 30 minutes and two paid 15 minutes tea breaks. Friday working hours will be from 09:00 am to 2:30 pm including 30 minutes unpaid lunch break. We will pay 25 days annual leave in addition to all Bank Holidays. Basic annual gross pay will be £39,442.00

  • Job role includes taking orders on the phone and via email, answering and directing phone calls.
  • Arranging meetings.
  • Managing the calendar
  • Creating, maintaining and organising filing systems
  • Preparing paperwork

Processing orders on the online software, printing invoices and credit notes. Checking emails, printing orders. Communication with customers. Job role required good knowledge of basic English, computing, data entry and general office job skills with common sense approach. We would prefer the applicant with the basic knowledge of Urdu, Hindi, Mirpuri and Punjabi due to our vast customers and supplier’s base in and outside of the United Kingdom. The applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration. We require two references.
Minimum 1 year experience required. Basic training (paid) will be provided.
