The starting salary range for this role is $41,210 - $45,786. Consideration will be given to previous education and experience that exceeds the requirements of the role.
In addition, we conduct an annual salary review every January, providing regular salary increases based on performance.

Responsibilities

As the Administrative Assistant, you are the friendly face of CCS, greeting clients who attend our New Westminster Head Office and providing support to team members across the country. You will oversee our employee licensing and recognition practices, maintain inventory of office supplies, and tend to inbound and outbound mail and couriering activities. You will have an opportunity to be involved in the preparation and hosting of special events, including Board meetings and other team activities.
In addition to office administration, there are also some activities to support the success of our clients, including the preparation and distribution of monthly statements, depositing of payments, and reporting credit bureau information upon successful completion of the Debt Management Program.
