JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent customer service, both in-person and through email, social media and phone correspondence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous administrative experience is required;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Effective typing skills with a focus on accuracy
  • Experience with data entry and clerical tasks is essential
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism
