Position Overview The Administrative Assistant provides a warm and welcoming environment for clients, while completing administrative tasks such as co-pay collection, answering phones, scheduling clients, maintaining schedules and providing admin support for clinicians and other projects as assigned. Schedule Full-time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday, 6:45am - 3:15pm Compensation Disclosure Administrative Assistant: Starting hourly range between $18.00 - $22.00 Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position How Administrative Assistants Empower Recovery Assist clients in scheduling needs Manage all phone call triage, problem-solving & follow-up Coordinate provider schedule support: blocking off PTO time, adding in meetings, making schedule changes, etc. Maintain both program and staff schedules, ensuring accuracy through daily checks and remedying any conflicts or issues Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years’ experience in healthcare industry or administrative setting strongly preferred Basic knowledge of MS Office programs with ability to learn new applications Active driver license and ability to drive personal and/or company vehicle What we offer: Employee Benefits: We understand the importance of a well-rounded benefits package.
