The Realty Store Property Management o/a Realty Executives Alberta Elite we are professional, fast-paced and our goal is to provide our customers with the best Property Management service in Central Alberta.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable individual as an Administrative Assistant for our maintenance department. They must be someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and builds positive working relationships with colleagues, and clients. The right candidate will have prior experience working in a very fast-paced environment and be detail-oriented. They will have previous data entry experience as well as Excel, Outlook and general computer knowledge. Cover letters are appreciated.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls for maintenance requests
  • Entering invoices and statements
  • Creating work orders
  • Scheduling maintenance
  • Answer incoming emails
  • Perform clerical duties involving filing, typing, copying and scanning documents, mailing letters, preparing notices,
