Position: PleasureLand RV Center is currently hiring for a full time Title and License Clerk who will also be Administrative Assistant duties. The purpose of this position is to coordinate, organize, and perform basic title and licensing duties along with administrative duties that consist of greeting customers and direct them to the appropriate department as well as assist in a variety of other administrative tasks. Essential Job Function Complete various tasks with the Title and Licensing department from data entry to registrations and transfers for all units sold out of our Sioux Falls, SD location. Maintain accurate records and keep the dealership in compliance according to the state’s Title and Licensing requirements. Continuously learn and keep up to date on the state laws and changes pertaining to title and licensing. Greet our customers with a warm welcome via phone and in person and direct them to the appropriate person and/or department. General office duties that include coordinating mail and the orders of office supplies. Maintain phone and walk-in logs as well as process, record, and file all paperwork of arriving inventory. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum one-year office administrative support experience strongly preferred. Previous title and licensing experience preferred, not required Ability to communicate with all levels of the company, including vendors and customers in a professional manner Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Strong customer service skills, both phone and in person Computer/Internet skills Must be self-motivated Ability to multi-task Well organized Respectful of co-workers Positive attitude and dependable Goal Oriented Must act in a professional manor at all times PleasureLand RV Center offers a full benefit package including paid time off, paid holidays, profit sharing, medical, dental, life, and short and long-term disability.
