Description We have an opening for an Administrative Assistant supporting the Medical Director of a large, multi-location medical practice. Successful candidates must be detailed, organized, computer savvy & have experience completing administrative duties & support in a Medical Office. This position has a M-F schedule working 9-6 PM 2x weekly & 8-5 the remaining days. We offer a full suite of benefits and a great working environment. Duties & Skills include, but are not limited to: Supporting the Medical Director (meeting preparation, scheduling of visiting physicians, handling interview scheduling and prioritizing, calendaring) Word Processing with speed and accuracy Chart entry and communications to referring physicians Communicating with various team members effectively MUST Possess a high level of decorum & able to handle sensitive information with professionalism Able to work independently and as a team player Familiar with EMR systems Familiar with study coordination and IRB websites desirable Dictation and email response and prioritization PLEASE SUBIT YOUR CV AND LETTER OF INTENT.
