About the Role: Are you a highly skilled administrative assistant and looking for a new opportunity? There is an exciting temporary opportunity available for a reliable and organised individual to join the Central Management team, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services within Canberra Health Services. The CAMHS Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and secretariat support to the Clinical Director, Operational Director, and Senior Managers to ensure efficient, responsive, and well-coordinated service delivery for high volume of work. Some of the key responsibilities for this role include calendar, diary and inbox management, drafting and editing documents in response to requests for information, monitoring and tracking deliverables to ensure timely submission, liaising with a wide range of staff and stakeholders, providing secretariat support for committees, data and records management and the ability to remain calm, efficient and focused in a busy office environment.
