CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR JOB OVERVIEW

As an Assistant to the President, the qualified candidate will assist with all administrative aspects of construction projects from Pre-Construction to Completion. This position reports directly to the President and works closely with our Construction Project Managers in ensuring the projects stay on track administratively.
Are you an experienced construction administrator with a keen eye for details? We are looking for someone to help us manage our busy construction office and oversee the following:

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR QUALIFICATIONS

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 3 years of construction administration support experience and a firm grasp of construction industry best practices as they relate to contract administration, bond management and experience with HUD and LIHTC State Agencies
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required – some college highly preferred
  • Proficiency desired in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and project or construction management software (ProCore, Smartsheet)
  • Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, effective communication skills along with an unparalleled work ethic are valuable
