ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 1–3 years of administration or property experience (agency or in-house)

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and trustworthy Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to our CEO. This role is perfect for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion.
You’ll take ownership of a wide range of administrative, property management and personal support duties, enabling the CEO to focus on driving business growth. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced
environment, ideal for someone who shows initiative and works independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive & Office Administration

  • Manage the general inbound inbox, prioritising and responding where appropriate
  • Handle inbound sales enquiries via lead forms, email, social media, and walk-ins
  • Coordinate the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel and reminders
  • Prepare documents, reports and presentations
  • Attend meetings, taking clear and concise notes to capture key actions and decisions
  • Maintain professionalism and discretion in all correspondence
  • Ensure the showroom is welcoming, organised and presentation-ready

Personal & Financial Support

  • Organise and process incoming mail, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Manage payment of business expenses with accurate record-keeping
  • Assist with personal appointments, errands, and ad hoc tasks

Operational Support

  • Maintain efficient filing and record-keeping systems (digital and physical)
  • Liaise with internal teams, contractors and suppliers
  • Provide administrative support for projects and operational priorities
  • Assist in planning and delivering showroom events, activations, and investor seminars
