Description Position Overview The Administrative Assistant to the CFO will provide direct support to the CFO, assisting with day-to-day operations, financial reporting, scheduling, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be punctual, reliable, and comfortable working with financial documents, while also demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills. What You'll Do: Provide high-level administrative support to the CFO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating communications. Assist with preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and presentations. Review, track, and maintain accounting and operational documents with accuracy. Support the CFO in monitoring budgets, expenses, and vendor payments. Maintain confidential files and records with discretion. Coordinate cross-departmental communications and follow up on action items. Perform data entry, document preparation, and other tasks requiring attention to detail. Proactively identify areas for efficiency and assist in implementing process improvements. Handle ad hoc projects and support dealership operations as needed. Requirements What You'll Bring: Minimum 3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience, preferably in a finance, accounting, or dealership environment. Strong understanding of accounting principles or direct accounting experience is highly preferred. Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information. Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn and grow within the role.
