Description The Executive Assistant to the General Manager provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure the GM’s time and focus are maximized. They manage complex schedules, communications, and confidential information, acting as a crucial liaison between the GM, staff, and guests. Responsibilities and Duties Calendar & Inbox Management: Organizing meetings, appointments, and prioritizing email correspondence. Strategic Support: Serving as a "force multiplier" by handling project milestones, preparing reports, and conducting research to aid decision-making. Communication Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact, drafting correspondence, and filtering information for the GM. Administrative Functions: Managing time, minute-taking at executive meetings, and maintaining records. Confidentiality & Discretion: Handling sensitive company or employee information with high integrity. Requirements Qualifications & Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with any of the following: Delphi, Salesforce, Host, Canva, and Adobe products would be a plus! Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills; highly adaptable in fast-paced environments. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; a natural relationship-builder and team player. Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. U.S. citizenship or valid U.S. work permit required. Background check required.
