We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, assist with marketing initiatives, and help promote our events and services through social media. Position Overview As a Part-Time Administrative Assistant, you will support management and staff by performing administrative tasks, assisting with marketing and social media efforts, and helping ensure smooth operations across the club. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and enjoys a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Administrative Duties Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally. Assist the General Manager with scheduling, staff coordination, and internal communication. Maintain organized digital and paper files, including reports and records. Assist with office and operational supply management. Keeping records/Charge of memberships, payments, or inventory Marketing & Social Media Create and post engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. Daily photography and content creation for marketing purposes. Design of flyers, posters, and event signage Help maintain website updates and member/guest email communications. Assist in planning and executing monthly marketing and event calendars. Event Support Support golf tournaments, banquets, and special events with registration, marketing, and coordination Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar) a plus Professional, customer service-oriented, and team-focused Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Preferred Experience 1–2 years in administrative, marketing, or hospitality roles Experience in a golf course, country club, or similar environment is a plus Schedule Part-time 20- 25 Hours a week position with flexibility
