Position: Administrative Assistant – Training and Development Location: The Monastery – Corporate Office – Cincinnati, OH Pay Rate: $22-25 per hour, plus bonus potential Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm What We Are Looking For: 1+ year of administrative experience (property management experience preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn Yardi software Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision Strong math skills to accurately handle invoicing and account reconciliation Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto-insurance are required Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: Provide administrative support by managing schedules, sending announcements, distributing materials, and maintaining departmental records Assist with billing communities for services and reconciling accounts receivable Prepare invoices, review and code department invoices, and submit them for approval Monitor the department's email inbox and respond to requests or refer them as appropriate Assist with acquisitions, special projects, and evaluations as needed by the department Contribute to the enhancement of our internal programs and initiatives Why Join Towne Properties?
