TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant in our Baton Rouge, La. office. The Office Assistant is responsible for performing clerical support for the staff while providing excellent customer service to people both inside and outside the organization. Candidate should be able to establish priorities while meeting deadlines, be professional, have personal integrity, and have a positive attitude.!

Responsibilities:

  • Word processing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including formatting/finalizing proposals, presentations, and reports
  • Review Invoices
  • Review Timesheets
  • General receptionist and Project Management support activities
  • Coordinating shipping and car rentals
  • Coordinating office events (luncheons and/or out-of-office events)

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in stressful situations and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a sense of urgency, be self-motivated, team oriented, collaborator
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
