Description:

Calgary’s Smiles Children’s Dental Specialists is looking for a full-time Office Administrator and Treatment Coordinator.
We are a state of the art dental clinic specializing in Children’s dentistry and are located in the East Hills Shopping Centre that provides care to children under the age of 18.
Our hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm. Must be able to work 1 Saturday’s/month.
We believe in providing excellent dentistry to kids and the ideal candidate will be friendly with good communication skills and experience in dentistry. Our dental office administrator needs to have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task.

Dental Office Admin Job Responsibilities include (but not restricted to):

  • Understand dental insurance coverage
  • Present treatment plans to patients
  • Administrative/front desk responsibilities
  • Insurance billing and collections, calculating co-pay, posting of payments
  • Manage patient schedule
  • Manage and answer phone calls, emails
  • Other projects and tasks as needed

Compensation based on experience and skill set.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
