Description

TribalHub is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This in-person/in-office role will involve handling general office tasks as well as managing data entry duties for customer databases. If you’re a self-motivated individual with a strong administrative background, experience with bookkeeping and data entry, we’d love to hear from you! This position will be responsible for supporting and assisting an office team of 12. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience- minimum of three years working experience in office administration and/or data entry
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite (docs, sheets, slides)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Experience with data management tools and systems is a plus
  • Experience with quickbooks or bookkeeping software a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
