We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Boscombe Connect Day Service.
Boscombe Connect is a day service for adults with varying disabilities and needs. We support our clients to meet their aims and goals with a wide choice of meaningful activities within the building as well as out in the community.
The role is varied and interesting working in a large service and a motivated team who delivery high quality care and support to our clients. You will work ‘front of house’ in reception as part of the service management team, greeting and supporting client and carers.

We provide high quality care and support to older people; people with physical and learning disabilities; people with mental health needs; dementia; carers and clients’ families. This extends to respite care for families and carers.
We operate services across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, ranging from Residential Homes, Day Services, Supported Living sites and Reablement Home Care.

Responsibilities
  • General administrative/clerical duties.
  • Producing letters, emails and reports as required.
  • Providing reception cover, answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries.
  • Creating and maintaining records to a high and accurate standard.
