Rate (CAD): Up to $31.50 per hour / Commensurate with related experience and market competitiveness

Tri-global Solutions Group Inc. is seeking two (2) Administrative Assistants to join our talented Service Delivery team at Ministry of Hospital and Surgical Health Services (Government of Alberta).
WORK MODEL: The successful candidate(s) will work primarily remote from within Edmonton, Alberta, although this role is classified as hybrid due to possibility to attend meetings at TELUS Plaza North Tower. 10025 Jasper Ave. NW, Edmonton, AB. Work must be done from within the Edmonton area due to the possible office requirements and network and data security policies. Standard Hours of work are 08:15 - 16:30 with a 1 hour lunch break Alberta time, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Key duties will include the following but are not limited to:

  • Proofing and formatting system access documents.
  • Record tracking in Excel.
  • Answer phone calls and emails.
  • Create documents as required.
  • Act as point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Provides contract administrative support to Contract Coordinators regarding documentation, reporting, filing, contract maintenance and monitoring.
  • Reviews requests from AHS Contracting department.
  • Process and triage all submitted requests.
  • Support the provision of access to various online platforms.

MANDATORY SKILLS

  • High School Diploma/GED. (Yes or No)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite tools. (3 years+)
  • Relevant experience in a role similar to this. Experience must be applicable to this role. (2 years+)

DESIRABLE / NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

  • Relevant post-secondary education in areas of supply chain, procurement, business or a related field, Acceptable education includes degrees, diplomas and certificates (minimum 2 year diploma).
  • Relevant post-secondary education in the area of office administration. Acceptable education includes degrees, diplomas and certificates (in years)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online admin portal, reporting, configuration, and administrative tasks. (1 years+)
  • Experience with coordinating contract documents. (1 years+)
  • Working experience with navigating and updating Oracle 12.1.2 (1 years+)
