Our client, located in Ayr is a leading manufacturer of power transmission components and material handling equipment is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for an ongoing temporary position.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an internationally recognized and reputable company. Reporting to the General Manager, this position would be responsible to receive visitors, answer telephone calls, manage the mail, monitor, record and balance the petty cash, organize and approve invoicing from suppliers, filing, equipment maintenance, office supplies, spreadsheets, maintain training literature and equipment, organize catering and hotel reservations for training participants and guests, maintain company standards in the areas of housekeeping, attendance and teamwork, other duties as assigned.
