Day to Day In this role, you'll be the organizational hub for our Atlanta office while providing administrative support to our East Coast regional offices. You'll manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate with building management on facilities needs, and support our team with logistics for meetings and events. You'll use your organizational skills and attention to detail to keep our offices running smoothly, from managing supplies and technology coordination to supporting administrative functions across the region. This position is based in our Midtown Atlanta office with an in-office schedule Monday through Thursday. Essential job functions include: Manage office operations including coordination of supplies, office space needs, and technology and security coordination with building management Provide logistics and hosting support for office events and meetings Support administrative office functions across Atlanta and other East Coast Region offices Track office operating expenditures and help manage office budgets Attend regular staff meetings to ensure workload balance and streamlined communication Serve as liaison between staff, building managers, vendors, and contractors Participate in conference calls with regional office managers as needed Qualifications Required This position requires a combination of skills, experience and education including, but not limited to 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or project coordinator Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships with staff, clients, and vendors Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Desire to create a welcoming and efficient office environment There are a number of additional skills, experience, and education that would be beneficial to this position including, but not limited to: Experience with Wrike, Deltek, and Adobe Creative Suite Bachelor's or Associate’s degree or equivalent experience Experience as a Project Coordinator in a consulting environment Experience supporting or mentoring administrative personnel What We Offer Compensation The pay range for this job in Atlanta is $55,000-$60,000 annually. Placement within the range is based upon experience, skill-sets, and qualifications.
