Overview Administrative Assistant Status: Full-time, 37.5 hours per weekSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pmLocation: Camp Hill, PA What We’re Looking For: 18 years of age A valid driver’s license High School Diploma or GED required Associate’s degree or technical certification in a related field preferred 6 months to 2 years of previous job-related experience required 2 to 5 years of experience preferred Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand English Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Knowledge related to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autism preferred Preferred: Experience with Government Relations and Advocacy Preferred: Total Quality Management experience Preferred: Volunteer and Donor Relations experience As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll support UCP Central PA’s mission by providing reliable, organized, and timely administrative support across departments. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by managing data, coordinating communication, supporting projects, and helping maintain accurate records that support the individuals we serve. What You’ll Do: Process PROMISe (Medicaid) and private pay billing accurately and on time Review billing reports, resolve rejections, and follow up on unpaid or unbilled claims Support accounts receivable tracking and timely payment collection Upload billing data and assist with general ledger reconciliations Contribute to budget preparation, financial reporting, and audit support Serve as backup for billing and payment posting functions Partner with internal teams to improve processes and ensure compliance mailings.
