Job Description Manage reception area and look after visitors Answer phone calls and transfer them as necessary Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail Manage outgoing post and record data on special deliveries Maintain stock lists and order office supplies as needed Manage customer queries – log and pass to the relevant Manager Record and populate defect packs, making necessary arrangements and liaise with Reinstatement Manager Record utility damages and make calls to appropriate utility company Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments Assist in planning and arranging events, including organising catering Photocopy, scan and file appropriate documents as needed Draft, format and print relevant documents Interact with staff and carry out their requests Any other duties deemed appropriate Qualifications Key Skills (Essential) Strong attention to detail Ability to work without supervision Excellent time management skills Exceptional communication and customer service skills, verbal and written. Technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft office programs Strong prioritisation and organisation skills Key Skills (Desirable) Prior reception/customer service experience
