Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Casual Administrative Assistant to join our team at Universal Migration in Upper Mt Gravatt, Brisbane. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative support to our migration services, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and client management processes.

MAIN DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist our migration agent in managing and processing client cases, including visa applications and immigration matters.
· Maintain client records, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and compliance with immigration regulations.
· Provide administrative support for visa applications, including preparing and submitting documents to relevant authorities.
· Preparing letters, reports, forms and documents for employer and migration agent.
· Performing general administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and managing correspondence
· Email and phone correspondence between clients and internal staff
· Coordinating the intake and processing of client migration applications
· Providing exceptional customer service to our clients throughout the migration process
· Coordinating, creation and scheduling of social media marketing content
