Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update both electronic and hard-copy documents.
  • Manage and maintain the office supplies inventory.
  • Oversee and update the inventory file.
  • Maintain and organize office filing systems.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor company databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Process mail and other correspondence.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.
