JOB DESCRIPTION

U.S. Bank is looking to add an energetic proactive Administrative Assistant to our team. This individual will provide a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for payments executives and their teams. Other duties may include coordinates and sets up meetings, conferences, presentations, and complex travel arrangements; composes correspondence, reports, powerpoint slides, and other documentation as needed, manage calendars of two senior executives. The individual will have a strong process orientation and attention to detail, and may be requested to take on internal processes like expense management, approvals, milestone tracking, etc. Strong proficiency in Microsoft office suite and expense reporting.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Effective verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
