Vaco is currently recruiting for a Administrative Assistant for our client located on the west side of Jacksonville.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am -4:30pm.
Pay $20-25 per hour based on experience

Performed accurate data entry for accounts payable and other records.

  • Managed scanning, faxing, and filing of documents to ensure organized recordkeeping.
  • Entered and maintained data in Excel spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Answered incoming calls, received service requests, and dispatched them to the appropriate staff.
  • Processed and distributed purchase orders in a timely manner.
  • Maintained organized filing systems for both physical and electronic records.

Requirements

  • Experience working with QuickBooks a must
  • Experience working with Microsoft Suite-Word; Excel; Outlook
