Description Job Summary The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Business Development department through a variety of project-based assignments. The role is designed to offer exposure to real-world business operations and process development, while supporting team productivity. The intern will work under the direction of the Director of Business Development. Duties/Responsibilities Perform data extraction, entry, and insertion tasks across systems and platforms Assist in the development, improvement, and documentation of operational processes Support various ongoing and short-term business development initiatives Carry out additional administrative or project tasks assigned Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time Requirements Required Skills/Abilities Demonstrated computer literacy and comfort with common digital tools Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to problem-solve and adapt in a dynamic work environment Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and collaboratively Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Education /Experience High School Diploma or GED Physical Requirements Must be able to sit, type and 10key for extended period This job description is not intended to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
