Our team of agents and property managers has been growing rapidly, and we are excited to welcome a motivated Administrative Assistant to support our property management division.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker and go-getter who enjoys taking initiative, solving problems, and supporting the team in a variety of ways. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and help identify and resolve minor tenant issues before escalating to property managers or trades.
  • Property Management Assistance: Assist with inspections, move-ins/outs, tenancy paperwork, and follow-ups with applicants and references.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records in CRM software, update files and accounts, and prepare documents for signing.
  • Leasing Support: Assist leasing agents with scheduling and coordination.
  • On-Site Support: Attend property sites when needed to assist with inspections and move-ins/outs.
  • General Support: Take initiative on special projects and provide support to the property management team as required.
