What We Are Looking For:
The Administrative Assistant is essential in fostering a supportive and connected environment across our three mountain hotels (Valemount, Lake Louise, and Jasper). In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and corporate team, helping to coordinate key initiatives, streamline communication, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include managing inboxes, schedules, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and facilitating collaboration among teams, all while upholding our core values and commitment to excellence.

What You Bring:

  • Post-secondary education in business administration, communications, or a related field
  • 1–2 years in an executive or administrative support role, experience in hospitality is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with a commitment to keeping key people informed.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or comparable products
  • Experience with SharePoint or other cloud-based file management systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity, including drafting documents and conducting research
