We are a veteran-owned business that creates high quality compost and soil blends from food scraps. This job takes place in a farm environment and is a blend of customer service and administrative work. If you have a passion for environmental work or garden/ farming knowledge that’s a plus, but not a requirement.
We are looking for a responsible, friendly Customer Ambassador to perform a variety of customer service and administrative tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include helping customers with issues related to our compost collection service, providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative and billing activities. Customer Ambassador responsibilities include customer service, billing, administrative support to operational staff and scheduling of orders from customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel, Google Drive and office equipment. If you have previous experience in customer service or executive administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Customer Ambassador should ensure the enjoyable and efficient experience of our residential and commercial customers.
