Position: Administrative Assistant Firm: Dominion Financial Solutions Location: Virginia Beach, VA   Overview:   Dominion Financial Solutions is a retirement focused financial advisory firm with a location in Virginia Beach, VA committed to helping individuals and families build lasting financial security. Come help us keep things running smoothly and enjoy coming to work every day!   What you’ll do: * Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, positive, and warm manner * Be the first point of contact for prospects and clients * Set appointments with clients and assist the Advisor with calendar management * Prepare conference rooms for client meetings * Maintain the firm’s CRM (Redtail) through accurate data entry and database management * Ensure Advisor is well-organized and prepared for client meetings * Maintain office filing system, both paper and electronic * Order supplies, manage inventory, process mail and deliveries * Contact attendees to confirm their RSVPs for upcoming events and seminars * Assist in event preparation by creating and managing marketing collateral, and ensuring all necessary materials are ready and available * Attend seminars and client events, check in attendees, and ensure seamless event experiences * Build relationships with prospects and clients through regular phone interactions and consistent follow-up after events and seminars * Assist clients with issues and concerns * Other industry-specific tasks as needed     What We’re Looking For: * Associates degree * 3+ years’ experience in an administrative role * Demonstrates strong proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems including Microsoft Office Suite and Redtail * Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasks * Excellent communication; written and verbal * Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy * Skilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidance * Collaborative team player willing to assist others * Embraces change and adapts quickly in a dynamic environment * Possesses a positive attitude and willingness to learn * Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently   Bonus Points: * Financial industry experience is a plus     What You’ll Get:   Pay & Perks: * $55k-$65k/year + bonus potential * Health insurance stipend * Dental insurance * 401(k) * Voluntary benefits: disability and life insurance * PTO * Sick time * Paid holidays * Continuous learning and advancement in an organization committed to employee development and growth   Schedule: * In office: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm * Some evenings required for client events and seminars       Presented by Advisor Talent Solutions   Advisor Talent Solutions, part of the AE Management, LLC family of companies, supports independent advisor businesses with their hiring needs.
