Description Fueling Success in this Role: VP Racing is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant in the Administration Department at our VP Racing Regional Office location (Murrieta, California). The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing customer communications, processing transactions, and coordinating daily operations. Key duties include answering phones, assisting with orders, following up on receivables, and processing invoices, bill of ladings, and credit card transactions. This role also handles accounts receivable entry, new account setup in Citrix, and maintains accurate customer records. Additionally, the position schedules delivery routes, creates driver load sheets, coordinates with the warehouse on order adjustments, and ensures timely customer updates.
