FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Experience: 1-3 years

REQUIREMENTS

  • Construction and interior renovation experience with coordination of crews and subcontractors.
  • Knowledge of materials related to interior renovation and building maintenance.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management and communication.
  • A highly motivated self starter who possesses excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Schedule and manage materials for delivery to jobsite with handling of materials periodically.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with MS Office such Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Experience with software such as Asana and QuickBooks.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
