Job Title: Administrative Assistant  FLSA: Non-Exempt Reports To: RCM Management   Position Summary  The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of general administrative/clerical tasks  Key Responsibilities * Provide administrative support to the Practice Development and Training & Development departments, including scheduling, document preparation, and communication support. * Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing updates, and maintaining organized documentation. * Generate and maintain reports using Excel and create professional documents in Word for department use. * Support virtual and in-person meetings through Teams and Outlook, including calendar management, meeting logistics, and follow-up communication. * Maintain a professional presence when interacting with leadership teams, ensuring clear and respectful communication. * Help organize training sessions, workshops, and departmental initiatives by managing materials and tracking attendance as needed. * Perform general office and administrative duties to ensure smooth department operations.     Knowledge, skills, and abilities  * Prior front office experience in the medical/dental industry preferred * Strong MS Office experience (Excel and Word) * Previous experience with dental software (Eagle Soft, Dentrix, QSI, or similar) * Strong written and verbal communication skills  * Strong interpersonal and relationship skills * Ability to maintain outgoing, friendly attitude with patients and coworkers * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask * Ability to work with minimal supervision Physical Demands  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
