Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling clerical tasks, maintaining office supplies, managing records, and assisting the team with various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain and update filing systems
- Prepare and modify documents, including reports, memos, and emails
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Provide general support to visitors and staff
- Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Educational Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications OND/HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
